Susanville Jaycees Slate Bar-B-Que

The Susanville Junior Chamber of Commerce has been set Sunday, June 29, as the date for their second annual Eagle Like Bar-B-Que.
There will be games, water shows, swimming, boating, a queen contest and a beard contest.
All males in this area have been asked by the Junior Chamber to let their beards grow. There will be a prize for the longest, reddest and most decorative beard.
The Junior Chamber is promoting and assisting in the development of the Eagle Like areas.
