New Buildings at Susanville
March 29th, 1932

Buildings plans are being advanced for the spring. Paul E Dedeck is clearing the lot on corner of Main and Gay streets preparatory to building a stone or cement building. Several years ago the Mount Lassen Transit Company purchased the lot, and maintained a stage depot at that location until it was sold recently.

John Malfe is having a lot on Main street between Weatherlow and Union streets cleared and plans to build a cement, two-story building, immediately.

Wright Spalding, a local druggist, plans to build a nine-thousand-dollar residence on Quarry street. He plans to use native stone and will have a very modern home when it is completed.
