Fashion Show Draws Large Attendance at Liberty Theatre

Milton Sills in “Puppets” and the Fashion Show at the Liberty Theater Monday and Tuesday evening of this week proved a delightful attraction, drawing packed houses.
Milton Sills needs no introduction to Susanville movie fans; he is always a decided favorite.
A fashion show is always a delight to feminine vanity and the models shown the ladies Ready to Wear apparel were decidedly smart and attractive. Our local younger social set acted as mannikins.
The Ladies Ready to Wear garments were furnished by Fraleys’, Men’s apparel by Wemples and Boots shoes and hosiery by Elledge, Phillips Co.
During intermissions Miss Maita Bennett, of Westwood, a professional toe dancer entertained with two Ballet numbers.
Miss Julia Grafe of this city Orchestra gave some pleasing selections of jazz.
Among those who participated in making this affair such a decided success were the misses Fern Sharp, Clare Scott, Gene Davis, Katherine Breitwies, Adeline DeFarrari, Helen Haines, Ramona Wren, Mrs. Ray Ashton, Mrs. S. Hatch, Mrs. Karl Davis, Mrs. Edward Kuhn and D. L. McClure.
