White walls are coming back according to the latest home decorating knowledge gathered by Naomi Turner at the recent Real Estate Staging Association convention held in Las Vegas. Turner, owner of Room by Room Interiors here in Susanville, visited the annual convention to learn trends, tips, stats and styles for 2017.
“White walls,” explains Turner, “give a clean and open feel. Also warm taupe grays with brown hues.”
The most popular color this year, according to the Pantone Color Institute is Greenery (PANTONE 15-0343) which Turner says is great for accents in your white sunroom or bedroom.
“Not too much as you don’t want to be overwhelmed and too busy,” says Turner. “Just enough to be bright and cheery.”

Lassen Association of Realtors Affiliate of the Year
In December Turner was honored as the Lassen Association of Realtors’ Affiliate of the Year.
