The City of Susanville has implemented a new outreach program to help educate residents about the way that finances work within our local government.
Part one of the information is called “Money Explained” and includes an interesting graphic show just how funds are distributed and used throughout the city.
According to the City’s Project Manager, Quincy McCourt this is the first of many information-based sheets to come that focus on educating and empowering local residents.

McCourt also encouraged the public to attend City Council meetings which are held the first and third Wednesdays of each month in Council chambers at 66 North Lassen Street at 7:00p.m.
