According to the NWS moderate to heavy snow is likely tonight with total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches possible on the valley floor, and 6 to 12 inches above 5,000 feet. The greatest amounts will fall west of Highway 395.

Between Thursday afternoon and Saturday morning additional snow accumulations of 4 to 10 inches are possible here in the valley, with amounts of 16 to 22 inches possible above 5,000 feet west of Highway 395. We’ll follow this storm closely as we get nearer to Thursday.
