More than one hundred young anglers braved the drizzly rain September 30th to fish the Susan River as part of the 34th Annual Junior Fishing Derby, put on by the nice folks at the Lassen Sportsmen’s Club.
Out of the 129 registered participants forty-six were between the ages of 2 and 5, with the other eighty-three fisherfolk were between the ages of 6 and 15.
Here are the official results from LSC President Wade Workman.
Sebastian Dominguez and Tent Mcglaughlin both won a Sportsmanship Award and Sloane Eck took home the prize for biggest fish with a 3lb 12oz catch.
