The Susanville Area Bicycle Association held its annual mountain bike race Saturday, with hundreds of bicyclists traveling to Susanville to take part in the event.
‘Ridin at the Ranch’ is part of the California Dirt Mountain Bike series and features several races on the trails at Susanville Ranch Park, just northeast of town.
“We are very excited to be able to bring back the race this year,” said Charlotte Roberts, one of the race volunteers. “Not only is it a great time for locals, but it brings a lot of people to the area which helps local businesses and our economy. Plus, it’s just a really good time.”
