The Susanville Police Officers’ Association and the nice folks at Treats Dog Company are throwing a big party in the Sierra Shopping Center today, October 2nd, with funds raised at the Car and Dog Wash helping to fund a proposed K9 unit for the Susanville Police Department.
Members of the local police officer’s association are washing cars in the parking lot outside of Treats Dog Company. There will also be a self-service pet wash inside and a BBQ out front.
Stop by, get lunch and make a contribution to this worthwhile project.
Raffle Items
Treats Dog Company has table after table of great raffle items with sale of tickets going to the K9 fundraiser.
Two people will win 6 months of pet food, 4 people will win 3 months of pet food and two people will win certificates for CCW classes at Honey Lake Firearms. There are also 4 gift certificates from the Beauty Bar, one large dog kennel, a 20 gallon aquarium and a bunch of miscellaneous stuff for man’s best friend!
Games and activities for pets and owners will be featured during the event, which runs from 11:00 to 3:00p.m.
