Members of the Lassen Land and Trails Trust will convene for their annual meeting and board elections this Thursday, November 14th, from 5:30 to 7:00p.m. at the historic Susanville Railroad Depot, 601 Richmond Road in Susanville.
The meeting is open to the public.
Members of the board of directors and trust staff will present information on last year’s accomplishments, preview upcoming projects and events and fill board vacancies is an election open to trust members. Food and a no-host bar will be provided.
“Weather permitting, we’ll have an outside seating area with a fire pit and music,” said Board President Erik Jefferts. “We’ll conduct some important business and have some fun. The annual meeting is great way for community members to learn more about the trust and the work we do to promote trails, provide education and conserve open space for working landscapes and recreation.”
