The Reno Dance Company will be bringing their professional production of the traditional, holiday ballet ‘The Nutcracker’ to Susanville this November 22nd and 23rd and auditions for local folks who want to be a part of the show will be held in the Diamond View Multi-Purpose Room on October 14th.
No dance experience is necessary and both boys and girls, and men and women are encouraged to try out.
Audition times are as follows:
- 3:30p.m.  6 – 9 years old
- 4:45p.m. 10 – 12 years old
- 6:00p.m. Ages 13 and up
- 7:00p.m. Girls En Pointe
- 7:30-8:30 Clara Auditions for ages 12 and up
Rehearsals for the holiday extravaganza will be held November 16th through the 22nd.
Hundreds of local residents travel to Reno each December to see The Reno Dance Company perform this spectacular ballet, this year we can see it right here to our hometown with performances at the Veterans Memorial Hall November 22nd and 23rd.
