Lassen County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested three adults and three juveniles in Doyle on Friday, February 12th, on charges relating to a residential burglary which had occurred sometime in the prior week.
According to Captain Matt McFarland, the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a burglary from the victim who said she was heading home after being gone for approximately six days, when she noticed her car was parked at her neighbor’s house.
When she arrived at her home she saw the front door had been kicked open and many of her belongings had been stolen.
“The initial Sheriff’s personnel on scene established a perimeter and summoned additional units,” explains Captain McFarland. “Sheriff’s investigators prepared a search warrant for the residence where the victims’ vehicle was located.”
Once the warrant was obtained multiple Sheriff’s Deputies, with the assistance of the California Highway Patrol, executed it, approximately 6-hours later.
Numerous items including jewelry, electronics and personal items were recovered.
Sheriff’s Deputies arrested three adults; Robert Graf, age 68, for accessory to a felony, conspiracy and possession of stolen property; Tyler Mee, age 26, for burglary, vandalism, receiving stolen property, conspiracy, felon/addict in possession of a firearm and Kessler Nogle, age 20, for burglary, vandalism, possession of stolen property, conspiracy, grand theft auto, forgery, false evidence of registration with intent to defraud, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and violation of probation.
Three juveniles were also arrested.
Further investigation lead to the discovery of items which had been pawned in Reno immediately following the burglary and these items were also recovered.
The investigation is continuing in an effort to recover mores stolen items.
