Deputies from the Lassen County Sheriff’s Department are investigating a string of incidents in Westwood where buildings and property were defaced with spray paint.
Early on the morning of August 18th, the Sheriff’s office was contacted regarding the vandalism of multiple buildings and vehicles in the Westwood area. According to Sergeant Scott Withrow, deputies determined the vandalism occurred between 8:30p.m., on August 17th and 5:00a.m. August 18th.
The damage was done with black, blue and neon green spray paint.
