Mike and Kathy Justice, along with Lassen County Fair Manager Jim Wolcott, spent Saturday cleaning up and planting flowers around the fair’s big digital sign across from Zaengles Carpet One Home and Floor.
The big colorful display helps welcome visitors to town each year.
