They meet on the fourth Tuesday of each month. “ROOPTOWN 9” NW area covers west of Grand Avenue up to just West of North RoopStreet and from Main to Chestnut Streets. You might ask what is Neighborhood Watch (NW)? A NW program is a group of people living in the same area who want to make their neighborhood safer by working together and in conjunction with local law enforcement to reduce crime and improve their quality of life.
