One of Lassen County’s favorite annual fundraising events was a casualty of the big windstorm at the beginning of the month but fans of fine wine and tasty beef can rejoice – the Cattlewomen have announced a new March 6th date for their ‘Taste of Beef, Sip of Wine’ and tickets are still available.
For 27 years now the Lassen County Cattlemen and Cattlewomen have hosted the annual fundraiser with proceeds benefiting local youth activities, scholarships and agriculture in the classroom.
The evening includes mouthwatering beef appetizers, hand picked quality wines and a silent auction packed with some incredible items.

Pre-sale tickets are $30 each and are available at the Chamber office or at the Pardner Farm Supply. Tickets at the door will be $35 each.
