It’s Back!
The Halloween Art Contest! The Lassen County Arts Council invites you to participate in their frightful Halloween Art Contest.
The contest is open to Kindergarteners and up, with five age divisions and prizes for First Place.
New this year is a Digital Design division for our graphic artists (no age groups, just one division for all).
