Ghosts, goblins, vampires and superheroes will roam the streets of uptown Susanville Thursday, at the Historic Uptown Susanville Association’s Annual Safe and Sane Halloween celebration.
Children under 12 are invited to come and ‘Trick or Treat’ at businesses throughout uptown and Main Street will be closed to thru traffic for the safety of all the kids.
From 3:00 until 5:00 uptown businesses will be passing out candy and there will be lots of fun activities for the kids, including a costume contest with cool prizes!
The big uptown party will also feature live music and dance performances.
