William John Butterbach
William John Butterbach entered this world on Friday, November 27, 1942.
On Monday, July 19, 2021, he took the hand of Jesus and entered into glory.
He was the second child of the five born to William John Butterbach Sr and Anne Barone of Pittsburgh, PA.
Bill, as he was known to us, graduated from High School in 1960 and enlisted in the United States Air Force in January 1961. It was during this time he discovered his love for travel. He was stationed in Taiwan, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Alaska, Montana, Utah and Germany. It was in Utah that he met and married Louise Milholland. Together, with her daughter Kim, they ventured into life. During their stay in Germany, they had two more children, Theresa born in 1981 and Shawn in 1983. When Shawn was born, they were transferred stateside to Klamath CA where he served out his final years in the military. In 1987 he was on to the California Department of Correction in Susanville where he stayed until his final breath.
He was proceeded in death by both his parents as well as his brother Richard.
He is survived by his wife, Louise, his children, son Gary Butterbach and daughter Debbie Lowe from a previous marriage. Daughters, Kim Michelini of Arizona and Theresa Meadows of Reno, NV. Son, Shawn (Heather) Butterbach of Janesville. Numerous grandchildren and great children.
