A 59-year old Susanville woman was arrested by officers from the Susanville Police Department November 2nd, after she allegedly lost consciousness while driving under the influence and ran into a business on Johnstonville Road.
According to details released by the SPD, at around 1:00p.m., officers arrived at Edge Motorsports to find a 1999 Jeep Wrangler had struck the building.
The driver, was identified by police as Susanville resident Anne Collings.
“During the investigation,” explains SPD Sergeant Allen Sobol, “it was learned Collings had lost consciousness causing her to lose control of her vehicle, subsequently striking Livid Edge Motorsports.”
Officers arrested Collings for driving under the influence.
