Susanville Super 8 Motel

Susanville’s Super 8 Motel has been recognized as one of Wyndham’s top properties with the “Pride of Super 8” award. What does that mean? We asked Super 8 manager Paul Moore.
“It means that our online review score is above 8 out of 10. It also means that during our annual inspection that we got an A grade,” explains Moore.
“Some other things that are required is we have no outstanding customer care cases. We also have to meet certain requirements for each month for enrolling guest into Wyndham rewards.”
Moore himself has been named as a Wyndham Rewards Top Enroller.
“The Ellena family has been such amazing owners for the past 27 years I have worked for them and always have been so good and putting money and time into the properties they own here in Susanville and in Alturas. So this award is a direct reflection on me being so lucky to be the Manager for such amazing people. They deserve so much credit”
Moore also credited the people who work at the property, saying it is the best staff they have ever had. “So for them to be recognized made my heart very happy.” I
“I can sit here and honestly say that this is by far the best Super 8 I have ever stayed at and really it is not even close. And I can not begin to tell you how many times guests tell me exactly the same thing.”
