Here in northeastern California snow accumulations from 6 to 12 inches are predicted above 5000 feet west of Highway 395 with up to 6 inches elsewhere.

Strong winds are expected Wednesday night into Thursday morning. Southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 65 mph. Ridge gusts up to 90 mph. Damage to trees is possible.

Snow levels will start out at 7500 feet Wednesday night, then fall to below 5000 feet by early Thursday afternoon.
