The Lassen Land and Trails Trust invites LLTT members and the public to our annual ‘season wrap’ party on December 9th at 5:00p.m. at the Historic Susanville Railroad Depot, located at on Richmond Road in Susanville.
“We’ll share information about this past year’s accomplishments and our upcoming projects for 2017, followed by a social hour,” said event organizer Elizabeth Norton.
“Come learn about LLTT’s community work to conserve our working landscapes, build and maintain a system of public trails, and educate our children through enriching outdoor experiences.”
Enjoy the fellowship of friends at this holiday gathering and find out how you can become an LLTT member or volunteer. Please bring an hors d’oeuvre or dessert to share and your favorite beverage.
National Giving Tuesday
Another important date for Lassen Land and Trails Trust is November 29th. On that day LLTT will be participating in the national Giving Tuesday campaign. Each year, Giving Tuesday is celebrated on the first Tuesday after Thanksgiving and is a reminder that philanthropy to worthy causes is even more gratifying than the consumerism of Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
