The City of Susanville’s Main Office at City Hall is temporarily closed due to technical difficulties that have eliminated the city’s ability to use phones or process payments and permits.
“Our provider has technicians on their way to address our issue and get us going again,” interim City Administrator Kevin Jones explained. “Until further notice, City Hall has been closed until we can rectify the issue.”
This issue is isolated to City Hall and has not affected police, fire or public works departments.
“We appreciate your patience while we work this this issue. We will make a notification immediately after our technical issue is repaired. Thank you for your patience.”
