The Lassen County Arts Council’s gallery on Cottage street needs a new roof and the council is raffling off a really neat prize to help raise the funds needed to re-roof the building.
Local Artist Don Cameron generously donated one of his award-winning hand-carved wooden fish carvings. This amazing artwork, pictured in the poster below, is 4-feet long and valued at $3,000.
Raffle tickets are $20 each and can be purchased at Margie’s Book Nook, Lassen County Chamber office, and the Gallery located at 807 Cottage Street. All proceeds from this raffle will be used for the roof project.
The second raffle is for a private Cork and Canvas Party for 10 people in the Gallery. This is a $350 value and tickets can be purchased at the above mentioned locations for $5 each.
