Fire crews from agencies throughout the valley responded to the report of a structure fire extending into the wildland near Lake View and Ponderosa Drive in Janesville at around 8:35 this evening.
According to the Susanville Interagency Fire Center forward progress of the fire has been stopped at 1/2 acre and the fire has been contained to the exterior of the structure.
