Effects of Drug Addiction By Bruce Mulligan
The presenter of this workshop is Bruce Mulligan. Bruce comes to us from the California Highway Patrol and the Plumas County School System. He brings with him the many strategies he has learned to effectively work with people who have alcohol and drug issues.
He will discuss not only the legal ramifications of youth and adults who have substance abuse problems, but also with the physical, social and emotional characteristics of substance abuse. This workshop is open to all community members!!!
