As of 11:52pm, power has been restored to all LMUD customers. PG&E has informed us that they believe they have located and repaired the damaged lines. We are still asking that you conserve energy when possible. The severe weather and fragile connection may still cause outages. Thank you all for patience during this time. And thank you to PG&E and the LMUD linecrews for all of their hard work! If you are still without power please call our customer service line at 257-4174.

We’ve got our first round of customers up and running. As of 2:15pm some customers in Johnstonville and some in Westwood and the Susan River Apts on Riverside Drive have power. The next round of customers will start to recieve power at approximately 5:00pm. As soon as we know which customers are set to receive the next round of power we will let you know.
Clarification: When the next round of customers begins to receive power, the first group will loose power.

LMUD: “LMUD has been allotted a small amount of backup power from PG&E.
Customers PG&E has allotted LMUD a small amount of backup power. This means that sections of customers may receive power for an hour or two throughout the day.
We cannot tell you who will receive power or for how long – we are trying to bring as many customers up for as long as the system holds.
We realize that this is a less than ideal situation, however, this is the best we can do with what we have been given.
PLEASE use this power for critical use ONLY! Charge your phones, warm your houses and fill up your bathtubs and water containers.
At this point, PG&E has still not given us any more information on when and if they can repair the damaged lines that are causing the outage.
We appreciate your patience during this very difficult time. Our customer service representatives are manning the phones, 257-4174. receive power for 1 to 2 hrs critical usage ONLY please conserve!”
