It is with deep sadness, we share that Joyce Janet Hanrahan, 86, passed away February 10, 2025, peacefully at her residence in Redding, after a brief illness and hospitalization.Joyce was born Joyce Janet Richards on August 11, 1938, in Afton, Missouri, to Elton Richards and Leota Maples. Joyce moved to Susanville as a young child and graduated from Susanville High School in 1956.
