It is with great sadness to announce the passing of James “Jim” Bay, 80, of Herlong, CA and Reno, NV.
Jim passed way on July 8th, 2015 after a short battle with cancer. He is survived by his four children; Dennis and Kristen Bay, Terri Bay, Jimmy Bay, and Tammy and Russell Montgomery. Jim was born in Stillwater, OK to Juanita and Willis Bay and after a brief enlistment with the Army during the height of the Korean War he married Cherie Delores Bisiaux on August 2, 1959 in Minden, NV.
