Kenneth Lyle Erb  Longtime Susanville resident, Kenneth Lyle Erb passed away at the age of 93 on March 27, 2015. Ken was born on June 19, 1921 in Albany Oregon. He was the first born of five children of Elmer and Jennie Erb. Ken attended schools in Albany, graduating from Albany High School in 1939. He was active in football, baseball and band.   Gladys French On the 13th of March, a few minutes before midnight, Gladys lost her final battle; the victor was lung cancer. Her final battle began in June 2013 with a small spot on her left lung. Gladys didn’t want chemo or radiation due to her age. Gladys was born in Chicago in 1925 to Joseph and Monica Barbeaux. Thomas Neil Eilers Thomas Neil Eilers was born June 7th, at Potter's Nursing Home to August W Eilers and Eva Thomas Eilers. Thomas graduated from Lassen High and then Chico State with a degree in archaeology. He served in the Navy on the USS Columbus from to 1967 to 1973 as a Fire Control Specialist.
