Dawn Marie Schutt Dawn Marie Schutt, age 52, lost her battle with cancer on the morning of August 7, 2014. Dawn was born in Canandaigua New York on October 28, 1961 and was one of four children born. She graduated from Victor High School and moved to Lassen County at the age of 18. Over the years, Dawn worked for the BLM, Head Start, and the Susanville Indian Rancheria.
