CHP: Strong Winds Prompt High-Profile Vehicle Shutdown on 395

Update: The CHP has downgraded the Wind Warning to a Wind Advisory, opening the road to high-profile vehicles.

According to the Susanville office of the California Highway Patrol high winds have forced the closure of Highway 395 to high-profile vehicles between Johnstonville and the Nevada state line.

At this time travel is prohibited for campers, trailers and permit loads.
