Northeastern Rural Health Free Monthly Diabetes Classes 2:00 – 4:00 p.m., 1850 Spring Ridge Dr, Susanville. Learn how to manage diabetes and reduce health risks. Everyone is welcome. To sign up for an individual counseling session call Debbie Jones, Health Educator 530.251.1490. Meets monthly on the third Tuesday of the month.

Lassen County Foster Youth Services Parent and Community Event. Trinity Wallace-Ellis, Inspirational speaker, resilience expert, foster care expert, entrepreneur, advocate and philanthropist. Lassen County Fairgrounds in Jensen Hall 5:30 - 6:30p.m. Attendees will receive a free pizza dinner at 6:30p.m., immediately following the presentation.
