Lassen County Fair Manager Kaitlyn Midgley has announced the winning displays at this year’s Festival of Lights at the fairgrounds.
This year, in partnership with the Lassen County Office of Education, the Fair was able to offer a nice cash prize, with numerous organizations, families and schools competing for the top spot and a cash prize of $500.
In the School Category, sponsored by the Office of Education, the following placed:
First – Shaffer School – $500
Second – Johnstonville School – $250
Third – Richmond School – $100
In the Fair Light Display Category, the following placed:
First – Joe’s Coffee Shop – $500
Second – Lake 4H – $250
Third – Giles & Trevizu Family – $100
In the Christmas Tree Competition, the following placed:
First – Blue Star Moms – $250
Second – Lassen Family Services – $100
