On Friday night the Lassen Grizzlies had their annual Grizz feed. Each team scrimmaged each other and enjoyed a hamburger and hotdog dinner. Special thanks to the football boosters for the makeshift snack bar on the practice field. You guys never disappoint.
Then on Saturday the Lassen Grizzlies hosted a kickoff scrimmage. Truckee, Wooster and Quincy High Schools joined Lassen on the practice field for some football and coaching. It was a fun day getting ready for the season to start.
Lassen travels to Galena High School next Friday for the first game. The first home game will be on October 3, 2014 due to the field renovations.
