Harnessing Your Happiness Hormones
Presented by: Nick Lawrence
Nick Lawrence, MA, is the Instructional Manager of Foster and Kinship Care Education at Santa Rosa Junior College. He will be discussing how stress and negativity can impact our happy hormones (Serotonin, Endorphins, Oxytocin, and Dopamine.) This workshop will include a short portion on Trauma-Informed Care, focusing on the neuroscience portion, but then focuses on the individual and their hormone levels.
