Visitors to Memorial Park in Susanville this Saturday got a great show for free as the J and J Performing Arts dancers celebrated National Dance Day.
The J and J performers joined dancers across the country for the event which is held annually on the last Saturday in July.
National Dance Day was founded and officially recognized in 2010 when American congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton introduced a National Dance Day resolution to promote dance education and physical fitness.
