This weekend the Susanville Symphony Society is presenting gift to our town’s musically inclined youngsters, a special set of performances of kid-friendly compositions and a discounted price on tickets for the under-14 set.
This concert is designed to delight an audience of all ages with selections like Prokofiev’s Peter and the Wolf, Saint-Saens’ Carnival of Animals and a suite of music from video games arranged by Ralph Ford.
Performances are Friday, April 24th at 7:00p.m. and Sunday, April 26th at 2:30p.m. at the Susanville Assembly of God Church, 473-465 Richmond Road.
Reserved seats are $27 each, general admission is $22 and children under 14 can get in for just $5 per ticket. Only 50 of the special children’s tickets will be sold so make sure you get yours early. You can buy them at Margie’s Book Nook or Axia Home Loans.
