A one-point loss to a Vallejo school in the fifth round of the CIF State Girl’s Basketball Championships ended a spectacular season for the Lassen High Girl’s Varsity team. The squad finished the year 20-10, with a record of 6-4 in league play.
The LHS basketball girls, coached by Jessica Larson beat U-Prep out of Redding on March 3rd to advance in the playoffs, losing to St. Patrick / St. Vincent out of Vallejo in a 62-61 thriller on Wednesday.
