It was perfect weather for the first day of summer and Saturday morning’s Farmers Market was crowded with shoppers looking for homegrown fruits and vegetables, grass-fed beef, sourdough bread and a host of other tasty treats.
Lassen Land and Trails Trust’s Farmers Markets are held each Saturday through the end of summer from 8:00 to noon at the historic railroad depot on Richmond Road in Susanville.
