The Susanville Indian Rancheria has issued up to a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for the shooting that occurred on the premises of the SIR Elder Springs Apartments April 11th.
Shortly after 10:00a.m., according to the Susanville Police Department, an unknown armed assailant opened fire with a handgun, shooting into an unoccupied vehicle in the parking lot at 870 Joaquin Street.
No injuries were reported in the apartments, but the vehicle was struck with numerous rounds from the handgun.
