Susan Jane Kennedy
Susan Jane Kennedy, 70, passed away in Susanville on Feb. 24, 2016.
Susan was born January 18, 1946 and grew up in Concord, California and graduated from Clayton Valley High School. Susan was preceded in death by her father, William McCourt, her mother, Jane McCourt and her husband, David Kennedy.
Susan is survived by her sons, Sean Galli, Matthew Galli (Andrea) and her daughter Jennifer Galli (Ben Lindblom), along with her step-daughters Ginger Kennedy (Neil Howard) and Tina Kennedy. She is also survived by her numerous grandchildren, her brothers Mike McCourt (Heidi) and Brian McCourt, her nephews, numerous cousins and many friends. Susan worked for the State of California and transferred to Susanville in 1989, where she worked until she retired.
Susan will be remembered for her sharp wit, wonderful sense of humor, and her infectious laughter. She was very dedicated to her family, and will be missed by those who knew her. At Susan’s request, no services will be held.
