Susanville Rotarians visited, and read to, students throughout Lassen County this week – helping to spread the love of books by reading stories to 2nd and 5th graders.
As part of this program, the Rotary Club of Susanville gifted a book to each child who participated in the event.
The project is quite an undertaking for the Rotarians who take time out of their schedules to make the event such a huge success. Lassen High School District Superintendent Bill McCabe spearheaded the program for Rotary.
