The Lassen County Arts Council will feature three talented artists for the next month in their gallery on Cottage Street, with a big opening reception planned for this Saturday, February 17th, from 11:00a.m. until 2:00p.m.
Artwork by local artists Jeff Riddle, Beverly Banghart and Kathy Duerksen will hang at the gallery until March 23rd.
The show features pencil portraits, acrylic, sculpture, photography and plein-air.
The gallery is open to the public Thursdays and Fridays from 4:00 to 7:00p.m. and on Saturdays from 9:00 to 4:00 with private tours by request.
Lassen County Arts Council is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, designated by Lassen County Board of Supervisors to serve the county’s citizens in partnership with the California Arts Council.
Established in 1971, they have served the community through numerous performing, literary, and visual art events and workshops for more than 40 years.
