The second annual Lassen Senior Services Turkey Trot was a huge success. There was an estimated 300 runners/joggers/walkers/strollers who participated. The only charge for the event was a canned food or monetary donation
to Lassen Senior Services. It was a great way to start Thanksgiving Day.
The top Male runner was Adam Crowther of Chico, a Lassen High Graduate, and the top Female runner was Alli Espinoza of San Diego. Alli is the niece of our own Dr. Barney McKee.
Thanks to all of the volunteers who put this great event together for our community.
