If you have an adolescent and/or teenager in your life then you know what it feels like to worry about risks our youth face in society today. Lori Speer is the “Prevention Specialist” with Behavioral Health and will give you tools to help guide you. Topics such as:
- Basic principles of raising a healthy teen
- Tips for talking and what to say to prevent drug and alcohol abuse
- The pressure on teen’s today
