Judith Fraticelli passed away on November 8th at Eastern Plumas Health Care Skilled Nursing Facility in Loyalton California.
She was preceded in death by her only sibling Larry Hixon. She is survived by her husband, Jerry Fraticelli, her sons David Fraticelli and Kenneth Fraticelli, and her daughter Nancy Fraticelli. Judith was born in Wauchula Florida on February 13, 1935 to Arthur and Evelyn Hixon.
