Richard Garoppo Richard Garoppo went to his heavenly father on December 2, 2015 in Susanville, CA. Born October 13, 1932 in Herndon, CA.  He was a Captain in the United States Air Force. Dick and Babe square danced with the Susanville Center Wheelers and made many friends along the way. He served the community of Susanville as a local locksmith for 26 years.
