Classic cars and motorcycles will take to the streets for the 24th Annual Main Street Cruise Classic Car and Motorcycle Show that will be held from 2 to 6pm on Saturday, June 28, 2014, in Historic Uptown Susanville. Food, beverages, side walk sales and beer/wine bar will be available all day. The upper blocks of Main Street will be closed to thru traffic during the event. To participate as a vendor, stop by the Chamber office for an application. Log on to .lassencountychamber.org to download an application to showcase your classic car or a motorcycle in the show, or stop by the chamber office located at 75 North Weatherlow Street. All pre 1980 vehicles can enter the classic car show and motorcycles of any year, make, or model are eligible to enter. Over 40 awards will be presented.

Show off your community pride at this year’s Lassen County Fair Parade by entering your club or business in the parade. The Chamber will be coordinating the Fair Parade that will take place on Saturday, July 19th, beginning at 10am. It’s not too early to begin thinking about your parade entry. In honor of the county’s 150th anniversary celebration, the fair theme is “County Pride, County Wide”. Stop by the Chamber if you would like an entry form or call us at 257-4323 to have one forwarded to you. An entry form can also be downloaded at lassencountychamber.org. The deadline to return you entry is Friday, July 11th.
